Home/Dashboard

The homepage/dashboard is the page that you see immediately after logging into the app. You can also access it by clicking the Home link in the navigation.

Sync All

The "Sync All" button gives you a simple way to initiate a full sync from Retail for Shops, Vendors and Products with one click. Need more info about syncing? Check out the "First Sync" chapter.

Statistics

The dashboard will give you some basic statistics about your account, including:

  • Total Draft Orders
    Number of orders currently in Active>>Draft status
  • Total Sent Orders
    Number of orders currently in Active>>Sent status
  • Total Receiving Orders
    Number of orders currently in Active>>Partially Received status
  • Total Products
    Number of products synced in from your Retail account
  • Total Vendors
    Number of vendors synced in from your Retail account

Widgets

Recently Received Orders Waiting to be Finished

If you have any orders that have recently been fully received, but not yet completed, you'll see a this widget listing the five most recently received orders. This is to prompt you to complete the orders in the app. To see a full list of your Received orders, go to Archived Orders>>Received.
